This 2 hour beginners workshop will show you how to get the most out of Gymnastic rings / suspension trainers. This is intended as a small group event, therefore places are limited.

As a result of attending this workshop you will:

  • Learn about the principles of ring training and how to maximise their benefits and progress.
  • Observe a range of exercises demonstrated progressively to suit all levels and abilities.
  • Practice key fundamentals of technique to ensure you maximise progress from the use of rings, supported by professional trainer to provide individual guidance and feedback.
  • Learn a range of exercises to suit your level of fitness and identify progressions for improvement
  • Take away a personal exercise development programme and guidance.


Additional advice is also provided on purchase of rings if required.


(Note: Most of this programme can also be applied to the use of suspension trainers, however hopefully you will learn the benefits of using rings over these!)
