Do you wish you could move as you did in your 20’s / 30’s?

Move better in everyday life and build resilience to keep moving in the future.

Learn the basics of how to move your body the way it was designed to be moved, through natural movement principles.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are beginning to feel less confident in your day to day movement


  • You want to maintain your natural movement abilities as you get older and build resilience against older age conditions

  • You want to keep fit and exercise as part of day to day life rather than go to a gym or organised fitness classes

  • You are interested in in natural movement and want to know more.


A fun workshop learning a range of skills from crawling and floor movementsthrough to balance , carrying and climbing. The workshop will also challenge some of your assumptions of everyday movements eg walking and running, to help you move freely in everyday life as well as be able to navigate natural terrain with greater ease

The workshop will be led by MovNat Level 1 Instructor Peter Hughes

System Fitness is a Community Interest Company which works primarily withadults over 50 years of age. This work shop is not restricted in attendance by your age but particularly focused on adults who feel they are experiencing limits to their fitness due to ‘age’*.
