Jim is a Qualified Gym Instructor with a comprehensive understanding of gym equipment, and a solid knowledge of various forms of fitness training, from cardiovascular and resistance to mobility and balance training.
He has a strong understanding of the particulars of exercise form and technique. Experienced in running fitness classes for individuals from a varied age group, and currently hosting regular weekly classes for seniors.

Level 2 in (gym based) Fitness Instructing
Level 3 in Exercise for Older Adults
First Aid at Work Certification
